Team news & latest updates.
Gabbar gave India a good start against in-form bowlers of Australian pacers, with strong backing from skipper Kohli and KL Rahul finishes off it in style. There goes India’s decent total on board. While Rohit Sharma struggles both on-field and batting, the pain caused while fielding in end over looked very serious, we also hope he will play in the final match. Shami is again the hero of the match for India with 2 consecutive wickets with Kuldeep outshining Chahal in spin department. Thereby sealing Kuldeep’s place in playing XI.
Players to look out: Surprisingly KL Rahul is the new sensation both behind wickets and in batting at any position, the last match he played at 5th batsman and scored 80 from 52 balls. Dhawan is also in his finest form with consecutive scoring 74 and 96 in the last two matches.
Apart from a tremendous win of first match, middle order of Australia collapsed in Kuldeep’s spin and Shami’s yorkers in second ODI in Rajkot. Middle-order struggled in pace attack in a batting pitch doesn’t look good for any team. It will affect their morale for the final of course. Pat Cummings and M Starc also were expensive without a wicket resulted in digging their grave in second Rajkot ODI. Whereas Zampa got Kohli for second time which is a growing concern for Indian Skipper.
Players to look out: Even though middle order failed, Steve Smith scored 98 runs which troubled Indian bowlers a lot during first powerplays. Zampa also took Kolhi’s wicket in the second time in a row also had a good bowling figures. Marnus Labuschagne also looked pretty neat with those cover drives and straight drives reminded of those classy Australian era.

Our Match Predictions.
Our prediction is for India to win.
Our pick is India, this is Kohli’s home ground in IPL, he knows it more than anyone. So there is an upper hand for team India in every way. The pitch at Chinnaswamy stadium supports spin like we saw Chahal excel in IPL before in home matches, which will be crucial for Kuldeep who is in good form. Unless Australian middle-order can contribute to the game they cannot take a win only depending on openers.
